Thomas Company and AristoCraft Supply (“EJT/AC”), a New Albany, Ohio headquartered distributor of operation-critical chemicals and supplies to dry-cleaning and commercial/industrial laundry customers throughout the Midwest and Northeast United States. EdgePoint served as the exclusive financial advisor to E.J. Thomas and AristoCraft Supply. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
